It's there....you can adjust the size by going back to where you pasted it in (the signature block), clicking on it, and you will see a box around it with little boxes at the corners and it the middle both along the top and bottom...click on one of those little boxes and you can drag the size to make it bigger or smaller...longer or shorter....whatever it is you are trying to do.  Hope that helps.  :)

Susan, a lot of us went through that after surgery where things all tasted way too sweet. Over time this does get to be reduced.  For me I never developed a love of protein so I just take the really cold bullets and knock them back quickly so I get it in.... they still taste sweet to me but I just get past it.  Before surgery I liked ISOPURE - but after surgery they tasted too sweet for me...... That is why you are always advised not to buy too much protein etc because your tastes do have a habit of changing and then later - changing back lol!! Very confusing I know but you will find ways to deal with the adjustment! Jackie

Hi Susan, I really like EAS Advantage shakes. They do not have any sugar. I usually put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes and get them really cold before drinking. You can get them at Wal Mart. I've been drinking the protein bullets also, but I'm really starting to dislike them. I do find that the bullets that only have 27 grams of protein are a little easier on my stomach. I made a protein smoothie a couple of days ago and it was really too sweet also. And I agree this is a little strange to me. Congrats on the weight loss.

Susan - congrats on the weight loss!  As for everything too sweet, i hear ya!  I add more water than necessary to my crystal lite, because plain water is just too plain for me.  Keep up the good work!  Lys

Congrats on those 12 lbs.  Sounds like you are doing great!!!  Keep it up.  The sweetness issue does happen for a lot of people, it may ease up, it may not.  Just keep working though it.
