Woman's Challenge
Good morning!
We are close to entering the beginning of our 3rd week of the WC. I would like to thank all of you who are logging your activing every day. If you are not making your goals, what can your team do to help? One option is to revise your weekly goal as you can build up. Example : week one you wanted to move 60 minutes 5 out of 7 days. You may have made 30 minutes on those 5 of 7 days. That's OK! The important thing is you are moving. You are improving your health with every step you take.
I would suggest you change the next weeks goal to 40 or 45 minutes a day.
For those who are not logging in, please do. To be fair to the rest of the team, anyone who has not logged in as of Sunday May 25th, you will be deleted from our team :(

I applaud you for continuing to keep up with this and our team. I admit I don't log in EVERY day but just about every other. Sometimes my total activity isn't computed until I'm DONE with my day so I wait. I will make a point not to do that and still be as accurate as possible. I am good through today so far. I really & truly believe that some folks might have forgotten but it takes just a few minutes to log our activity and as a whole we have to stand united to be successful.
