Nikki, I have to say the OH Conference in Ashburn was a blast, this was my second one! The Dr's were very informative, Heidi from Extreme Makeover was inspirational and funny and the venders were generous too. I especially enjoyed the presentations by the OH staff and being able to interact and ask questions was priceless. Meeting my fellow bloggers on the message boards was quite a highlight too! Thank you for keeping us informed and ever motivated to make the most of our weight loss experience!!
