Hi folks, Are there any meet ups or support groups in the 540 area code?

Hi there my group is meeting this  Sat in Harrisonburg @ Pano's @ 12:00 noon on RT. 11 just ask for the FFP group I should be there by 11:00 11:15 at the latest we will be meeting in the private room off the right side as you walk in the door. We would love to have you there. We will have a personal trainer there from one of the local gym's speaking with us  Sat. Hope to see ya there if you need any other info feel free to pm me.

LaRhonda we meet evey 4th Sat of the month but next month our group will be going to Jackies for the BBQ  but would love to have you in July or any other month look forward to meeting you soon.

Well the 540 code also is Fredericksburg. We have a Meet and Greet BBQ/Health Seminar on June 28th - if you want more details please just let me know... Jackie

Hi there. I see that Dr Bautista is doing your surgery. I am just about a month ahead of you. I am just 3 weeks out as of yesterday. You are in excellent hands. Dr B is fabulous. I could not imagine letting anyone else put their hands on me. If you have questions, please feel free to message me. Good luck and hopefully we will meet at the June 28 BBQ!!

Thanks for the words of encouragement.  I am so excited and delighted to have Dr. B. perform my surgery.  I was a bit nervous until I met with him Wednesday.  I am doing the 2 week liver shrinking diet.  It is realy not bad.  Life's going to be great after May 28th.  That's my mantra. :-) LaRhonda

His liver shrinking diet isn't all that bad. I lost 7 1/2 lbs on it. I love the mantra and believe that it is absolutely true. Good luck and please keep me posted!!!
