Are You Eating in the Late Evenings ?
We get our breakfast done , our lunch in , then comes dinner. You have had a few healthy snacks today. But what happens to you when 7 or 8 pm come around, and the desire to eat comes back with vengence ?
There are many ways to beat this .
Exercise
Take a Bath
Read a Book
Drink more water
Take the dog for a walk , in my case- take the bird for a walk
Talk to your spouse, or call a loved one to chat for a while
Blog
Take your mind away from the urge. Oh it is hard sometimes, We really want to just relax and maybe have a bowl of something . Well Calories count no matter what time of day they come in . If you do find yourself really wanting this snack, find a healthy snack and make it the only one of the evening .
Don't let after hours eating sabotage your success. You are worth the wait . Remember, breakfast comes early !!
