What Are YOU Doing TO Move Today???
Good Morning, Virginians......
Another day...another opportunity to move and to be accountable!
So...what are YOU doing to move today? How are YOU getting your blood moving and energized?
Me? Well, today the calendar says that I have 2 pole classes. One for tricks and such and the other one is specifically for toning. I may walk during lunch for 30 minutes today, not sure yet.
Until tomorrow....stay safe....stay hydrated....stay moving!

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
Well I was back at the gym today again and I also plan to do some walk/running on my treadmill and if I can get my stair stepper machine to work properly I plan to do some work on there too - it is time to up my workouts I think and start to get back into shape after being away for a couple of weeks and not really doing as much as I usually do.... hotel gyms usually suck.....mine did.......
