Good am Penny, No way do I think you are bragging. I think you are sharing something VERY inspirational and I appreciate you doing so. Its great to get the whole family involved. It makes a big difference in your journey. Kudos to your family for losing weight and hanging at the Y and CONGRATS to you for the 26 lb gone! All best!

Penny, that sounds like so much fun! Congrats to you for being such an inspiration to them (and to the rest of us!) What a great way to teach your kids that not only is exercise important, but it can be fun, too! I'm super proud of you - that's a lot of exercise for someone so recently out of surgery

That's wonderful!  WLS is even better when it gets the whole family up and moving and getting healthier.  I think it's great that your family is so supportive and doing this WITH you.  :)

Penny, this is wonderful news about your family! Being physically active together is such a fun way to spend time and it really sets a great example for your kids. I'm so happy for all of you and especially for you.

Goal reached 14 months later: 130 lbs
Regain over next 3.5 years to a high of: 166 lbs
Current weight: 135.8 lbs and heading back to 130 lbs!!
