Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics............ Well, it's going to be a little on the cool side, but it makes for GREAT walking weather!  So, let's get out there and get moving! So..what are YOU doing to move today?? Me?  Let's see...the calendar says 30 minutes of walking, belly/booty class AND poles class.  WOW!  A busy day is ahead of me!!! Make sure you log in your time into the Women's Challenge so the team can get credit...... Until tomorrow....stay safe...stay hydrated...stay moving!
