How tired will I be?

Well I am kind of sitting on the fence on this one.  I recovered quickly from surgery and was out doing things as long as someone else was driving.  I was not allowed to drive for 2 weeks (drove me nuts) but was allowed to do whatever I felt up to doing.  I had surgery on Wednesday, home on Friday, out shopping on Sunday and many other times that first week, along with other things.  Yes I rested a lot & scheduling my food, protein, fluids, etc while out & about was difficult, it helped me to feel better by doing things.  I acutally stopped my pain pills on Saturday after coming home.  I don't want to say yes commit yourself to doing that, but don't want you to feel like you are going to be stuck at home either.  Maybe you could talk to someone about possibly coming in to help out depending on how you are feeling but for them not to count on you as a definite.
