What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics........ OMG!  Looks like a beauty of day....upper 70's and sunshine - WOW!!!!  Makes working out tough, because there are a lot of things that I want to do today....but....there are things that I HAVE to do today So..what are YOU doing to move today?  How will YOU enjoy this beautiful day while moving your body?? Me?  Well, I'm heading out the door at 725 for a toning class, then an aerobics class and then a pole class.  Yep....busy morning for me, that's for sure!  But, I'll burn LOTS of calories and get the blood flowing through my veins! Well today I will be doing yardwork sadly - but that will work every muscle on my body - that is after the grocery shopping I have to do and try to get my house back in order after only being home one day in two weeks -but life should be getting back to normal now..... whatever normal is... I will resume regualr gym activities on Monday... I also need to rest this weekend - as much as I can -  try and catch up on my sleep.... Jackie

Guess what I did?  I hiked Ragged Mountain today with a friend who also had RNY.  It was 3.5 miles and absolutely gorgeous.  To be able to do this without getting out of breath too much was totally an adrenaline high.  Would not in my wildest dreams ever think I would be able to accomplish this feat.  Funny thing is, I can't wait to do it again!  We are gonna try to do it once a week on the weekend.   The weather WAS amazing today
