Sat 24th 12:00 noon @ Pano's Harrisonburg on Rt 11 off Interstate 81 by the Red Carpet Inn. We will have a gentlemen from Golds gym a personal trainer of one of our members there speaking to us and answering questions. Join us Post-ops and Pre-ops welcome. Or those just wanting support w/ your weightloss and those considering weightloss surgery.
