Hi there I think I can help you out.  It is WLS friendly lasagne without the noodles or aka baked ricotta and is quite yummy.  Get some fat free or low fat ricotta cheese and put in a baking dish, cover with some marinara or spaghetti sauce but be sure to check the sugar content, and top with some low fat mozarella cheese.  Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.  Delish!

In place of noodles you can also use the large Porta Bella Mushrooms. You will take one - dust it off , do not rinse. Spray it or wipe it with Olive oil. Heat it in a pan on medium , just enough to get it a little brown . Take your sauce and put on top . You can add Lactose Free Cheese. Food lion and Walmart used to sell it . I am lactose intol as well , but for some reason I can do cheese in small amounts.  This is really calorie friendly and if you layer the mushrooms, it looks like lasagna .  Nat

Thanks, for some reason I can do sour cream , but no milk, eggs, cheese or sugarfree pudding or other milk products. I do use soy milk, I was going to find some soy cheese, but a  fe friends of mine say it nasty.
