What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning, Everyone..... Another glarious day is upon us with another opportunity to move.  So...let's get out there and move to get that blood flowing through our veins.  And if you are participating in the Woman's Challenge, make sure you log in your time so you can get credit for it!  it's a great way of being accountable! So...whata re YOU doing to move today??? Me?  Well...the calendar says that I have a stability blass class, an aerobics class AND a belly/booty class.  I may blow off the last one as that will be 3 hours of working out and will finish at 850, which is late for me with not having any real dinner.  But, definately the 1st two. Enjoy your day. Until tomorrow...stay safe...stah hydrated...stay moving!

Well hotel gym for me! Looks like I am going to be here in New York tonight too although I hadn't planned for that - so I did 40 mins on treadmill today and ill go back tonight too and then tomorrow morning before I leave the hotel I will do the same - I hate that most hotel gyms have not much real equipment........... I worked out every day in the morning before work and once after work.... I will be glad to get back to my own gym on Monday though..... This weekend I will be grass cutting etc so I won't have time to go to the gym. Too many visitors and I will only have spent just over a day at home in two weeks so I think there will be a lot of demands on my time lol!! Jackie
