I did it... did you move today???
I'm doing the Couch to 5K and I started week 4 today..
Run 3 min, walk 90 seconds, Run 5 min, walk 2 min 30 sec (repeat)
with a 5 min warm up and cool down before the cycle and after...
I did this outside... YAY...
I ran for 5 min non stop - HOORAY
I ran IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD - HIP HIP HOORAY
I'm so proud of myself...

That's great! Keep up the great work and you will progress quicker than you think.
PS: I love that program. I used it last year. I'm getting ready to start a program for the 1/2 marathon as my training lately just stinks - haha. Hoping that it will motivate me more to get weekly emails and such.
