What does it mean?
I have a really nice recumbent computerized bike that tells me all kinds of stuff. Oh, for the record, that 71.7 was in just ONE ride. I think it bases the burned cals on time, speed, & resistance which is automatically programmed in. I have to just keep an eye on the recomended RPMs & make sure I keep up. I did much easier rider in the AM, but wow...that 2nd ride...it challenged me for sure...LOL. I'm hoping somebody will be able to tell me if burning that many fat cals is good. As for regular cals, it said I burned 229 on that ride. I have no concept. I intend to do one more ride before bed...an easy one.
Thanks for the bravo! lol
