I can't believe it!! Today is my 8 month surgiversary AND I weighed in at 199 this morning in onderland. I am speechless, teary-eyed, joyful, and so many more overwhelming emotions. I thank God every single day for this tool being a part of my life. Just had to share this news with my OH family. I hope each of you has a wonderful day!

Hey thank you they are slow in coming but working on it. Have had a problem with pain in neck and shoulders. Been on mucscle relaxer and pain killers since Wen. Windy and wet have had some bad storms.
