OMG ~ PHOSO SODA!

Oh My Goodness!  I had no idea it would be THIS nasty!  Any suggestions on the second bottle?  I had no flavor phoso and I just put it in water.  I was afraid to mix it with anything because so many people have said you will never drink again what you mix your phoso with.  Well, I can't imagine it being any nastier than what I just drank.  It took me about 25 mins to get it down, I hope thats ok. Do I really, really, REALLY have to drink this second bottle?  LOL  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.....

I've had to drink it on 2 different occasions, the first time it was in white grape juice and that wasn't bad at all. The 2nd time was in ginger ale and that was horrible!!!! my suggestion would be white grape juice just to cut the taste... i feel your pain....

It definitely is the grossest thing I ever had to drink, not to mention the after effects!  Try the second bottle in diet 7-up or Sprite.  And try to gulp as much as you can at one time.  Unfortunately you REALLY do have to drink it to be totally cleaned out.  Would not want your surgery to be postponed if you were not.   Best of luck to you with your surgery and we can't wait to hear back from you.

Put it in the fridge, mix it with 7 up, sprite or ginger ale, drink it with a straw. (if you are diabetic, use diet soda) Yes you really do have to drink the second bottle....You want to be nice and clean!

I am with Jen on this one . A clear liquid like this is best . Try not to use anything with color as it will change the color of your intestines breifly .  And YES .. .as bad as it is .. that second bottle has to go down . And if you do use a straw it makes it go by really quick !!  Best to you !  Nat

Def the hardest prt of my surgery thus far!!!! Ewwww...I cringe just thinking of it. Whatever you do it's prolly smarter than what I did. I tried drinking the first one with my crystal lite....I couldnt get it all down...after two hours of sipping, I decided to just down the last bottle like a shot. I thought to myself that instead of sipping it with 8 ounces of something and having the after taste times 8 ounces of fluid, I just get it over with, one gulp...one after taste.... O MY GAWD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was so TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was crying trying to choke it down!!!!

Almost done second bottle!  I think I can I think I can!  Thank you sooo much for the suggestions.  I am sipping it with ginger ale and it is much more tolerable than with plain water.  You guys are the best with all your wisdom and willingness to share it.  Thanks again!

I took it like a shot and chased it with Ginger Ale.  That is some pretty ucky stuff!!
