OT: Eyelash Perms
I saw something on TV about eyelash perms -- where the eyelashes get a permanent, like our head hair, only on the eyelashes. They curl incredibly, and beautifully, and you don't have to use curlers or mascara.
Does anyone know of a place in VA that DOES this, and at what cost?
