Cheryl Update!

I spoke to Cheryl today and she is sounding much better! They gave her 3 more transfusions last night and apparently something is working. They said that her labs are back to normal and they have now ordered her something to eat!

They are still doing tests to determine why there is still fluid in her belly and to try to determine the cause but things are definitely looking up! They are hoping to discharge her within the next couple of days! Yipee!! Keep those prayers coming because they are working! Thanks again for all of your support! Christine

Awesome news that she is feeling better, Christine, thanks for the update! I'm worried about the fluid in her belly. Did the surgeon ever show up? I still dont know why they cant ultrasound or do exploritory to see whats goin on in there Wendy

Most awesome news!!!! I just have to wonder though..........where'd all her blood go?? Why did they need to do so many transfusions?? Maybe we will never know, and if she gets all better I suppose it doesn't even matter. Thanks so much for keeping us updated, and being there for her!!!! XOXOOXOXOXOOX
