Hi all

Hey everyone,it's been some time since I have posted here.I have been having a hard time with my recovery,numerous issue that followed the surgry.I had blood clots in my left lung,then internal bleeding,then SVT and on top of that fighting with all sorts of shots and meds to get my blood regulated as they put it.Im still having issues with the heart and will be going to see a specialist in cardiolgy next week(and IM home bound..grrr).On top of all that I have been battling with depression BAD.I think with the mixture of everything health why's then hubby being told he has to go back to Iraq in May then missing my family back home...ya it's been bad..(someone pass me a tissue).ENough of all that anyways...I was wondering if someone could help me ,I had a booklet that showed me how to read the labels and what my daily intake of everything should be..I also had like a food list of what products where better..well I think one of my kids have thrown it away cause I can't find it anywhere so now I stand in the store going umm DUH..latley I have been living on just what there telling me is ok to eat.(healthy choice meals,cream cheese and refried beans)now I would like to expand..lol..Im able to eat whatever now..no restrictions..Hope someone could help me out here just a tad and I would appreciate it. Hey Naomi, I am sorry to hear about all your difficulties both mental and physical. I don't know how service spouses do it. I could NEVER be married to a serviceman. I am glad to hear your diet is coming around. There IS a light at the end of the tunnel. I am no help with the diet book you are seeking, I just wanting to send yo my support. God bless, Lois
