Unfortunately I don't have either of those but I bet you could do it with the sugar free hawaiian punch and diet ginger ale (I wonder if there is any kind of lite sherbet out there) otherwise I know that (I think it is Edys) that makes a lite sorbet which might work. I do have an awesome sugar free oatmeal raisin cookie recipe...when I tasted them I waited to dump they were so good but there is absolutely no added sugar (Splenda and the raisins do the trick!) Let me know if that recipe would help ya out! Christine

Honestly, I think there is nothing I could live without, besides my crystal light Sunrise Orange.. maybe as Christine suggested, mixing it with a diet gingerale or diet sprite, to "punch it up" would work? No idea on the "cake" as I dont "bake" LOL.. but maybe a pre-made walmart sugar free angel food cake would work in a pinch? Best of luck! Wendy

for Cake; splenda instead of sugar, and applesauce instead of oil. Can't help with the icing and watch the sugar in the applesauce you choose. I like the Tropicanna sugarfree Orangeade with some seltzer water and maybe some splenda for taste? You are a good woman for undertaking such a task to surprise yourmom and bring her some of the simple pleasures I bet she doesn't take for granted anymore. Great idea!

I made some over the summer that was delicious. I made 1 box sf orange jello. Pour in Jello mold and let freeze. Mix one box lime sf jello. After orange is frozen pour other color on top and return to freezer. You can use whatever flavors you want. At party time I set the mold in warm water until it loosened from pan. I poured SF Tropicana Orange ade and diet Sprite over the mold. I also put in some canned splenda pineapple chunks in the Jello mixture. This was very pretty and refreshing. I just kind of made it up. Shannon

. Here is a recipe I originally took off of Allrecipes.com and then fine tuned to work for me. It yields about 50 servings. I used to make it a LOT when I threw a buncha' parties in Oklahoma. I'd make an adult bowl and a kiddie bowl.... the only difference, was one was spiked with vodka. That's the one that was out of reach of the little ones. Regardless, both bowls ALWAYS disappeared, fast. INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cups SPLENDA 6 cups water 2 (3 ounce) packages sugar free strawberry flavored gelatin mix 1 (46 fluid ounce) can LITE pineapple juice 2/3 cup lemon juice 1 quart orange juice 2 (2 liter) bottles sugar free lemon-lime/sprite carbonated beverage DIRECTIONS * In a large saucepan, combine splenda, water, and strawberry flavored gelatin. Boil for 3 minutes. Stir in pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Divide mixture in half, and freeze in 2 separate containers. * I would always use the big freezer ZIPLOC's, very easy, no muss, toss when done. * When ready to serve, place the frozen contents of one container in a punch bowl, and stir in 1 bottle of lemon-lime soda until slushy. Hope that helps, have fun! Lei
