Well it is about time for me to give everyone a update It has been 7 weeks as of this past Monday and I have lost 42 pounds and am in either 18 or 20 pants depending on how they are made and a xl shirt, thats right no more 1x 2x. I feel good but it still hurts to eat food like turkey and ham, I guess its not moist enough or I eat it to fast so I mainly eat soups and dips and crackers and stuff. I have gotten sick about 5 times from either eating to fast or eating something that does not agree with my stomach so I dont eat that much because I am afraid to get sick. Everyone at work is telling me I am getting to skinny and everyday itleast 5 people say how good I am looking. I love the compliments however, sometimes it's to much..lol..Anyway HAPPY NEW YEAR, its going to be a good year for me

Congrads,...sounds like you are doing great. I am 14 weeks out and the white meat gets easier with time but meat is still the most dangerous thing for me to undertake. 42 pounds will soon be 84 and so and so on. And may I say, you must be looking great. Stay excited and keep moving. The farther out I get the more exercise seems to keep the pounds falling off. Good job!

Hi Jessica!! Well done! Many people have a problem with meat until they are 3 - 4 months out - I am lucky - I did not have any issues. Instead of meat, I used to eat a lot of fish and shrimp which are great substitiues - healthy and easy to digest... I had trouble a few times with foos being too dry - oh my - throught I was going to die - thank goodness for papya enzymes!! Sounds like you have 2007 off to a really nice start!!! Jackie

Hey Jess, You're off to a great start! WTG on the 42 pounds.. it will continue as long as you're compliant. Be vigilant in your pursuit of health! As far as the meats, they are so much denser than pureed type foods/soups.. Eat less, they will sustain you longer, trust me! Best of luck, and continued success! Wendy

Congratulations on your loss, Jessica. Some will tell you you are too skinny, until you reach goal. Just grin and bear it! Lois

Yay! Jess! That's awesome, girl! I'm so happy for you. I don't think the clothes that I have will fit you for much longer. I'll be bringing them next week. Are you going to dress up? Have you seen or talked to Cheryl? I was thinking about going to her room tomorrow after work, what about you??????? Amber
