Hi Jen, We're Navy too. I decided to switch to Tricare Standard to avoid the wait at PNMC. I'm scheduled for surgery in a couple of weeks. Anyway, welcome to the board! Keep working with the WW, etc., you'll be healthier for it even if you don't lose much. Margaret p.s. On a side note....no 6 mo. supervised diet required under Standard. It's actually not required for Prime, but PNMC requires it.
