Hey Pam, When you get the urge to eat, try moving. Walk out to the mailbox, around your house, around the block, however far you feel like going. Also, when the urge hits you really hard, drink water or Crystal Lite OR what I do--drink protein. Anyone who calls this the easy way to lose weight needs her head examined. We have the body to fight AND the mind, just like other folks. Thank goodness for the tool we have. If you can't walk and can't eat, knit or clean or visit someone. Occupy yourself in some way. It is good you remember we are here for you. Prayers for you! Lois

Lois, Thanks so much for all your advice. Sounds like some great ideas. I know the Holidays have been hard for you & you have been working on this stuff for a while. You seem to really have what it takes. I know we all do if we just tap into it. I also lost a son when I was 24. He was the apple of my eye. He was 4 yrs. old & died at UVA on Dec. 11th. So this is a touchy time of year for us. If you ever need to talk just let me know. It's hard if the other person has know idea where your coming from. Love Ya girl, Hugs Pam Happy New Year!

It's GREAT that you cried!!! Good way to get that demon out of your system. And know this - go ahead and try a few things - after you vomit a few times you won't wanna try it again! A few weeks after my surgery I tried the smallest piece of ground beef right off the grill- 97% fat free- can't hurt, right? WRONG!!! My body immediately introduced me to the hard and hurting DUMP! So I say go ahead - get sick - and train yourself to stay away from things that make you go David
