woooohoooo down 20lbs
I got on the scales this morning thinking it would be way up since we had a big family get together and I did have 2 little squares of cheese cake, and a whole plate full of food. All I had to eat yesterday though was one deviled egg and a sci-fit beef stick. I am now at 250 down from 270 when I started my journey. Woooohoooo

Congrats Anna. You are doing great with your journey. It is definitely hard during these holiday times to not nibble and treat ourselves to the wonderful things being offered. Remeber to keep up with your eating schedule every day so that your body dosen't slip into starvation mode and start trying to store what you do eat. The fuel we get and the boost to our metabolism from our meals is so important to our success and our health. Keep up the hard work. Merry Christmas!

Thanks Jackie and Courtney. Don't worry I am being careful it has actually taken 4 months to lose that. So it's not that bad. Thanks so much for your concern though. I am making sure I get enough protein throughout the day and seem to have more energy and can now do more things without getting so tired. Heck I can even do the dishes without my back killing me. Baby steps until I have surgery.

Hi Anna so I'm late in responding to this!! But better late than never, right! You will just keep hitting those special marks so fast!! Pretty soon you'll be under 200! Really, it won't be long.
