Pics of Christmas In DC

Being new to this area , I was able to experience the National Christmas Tree Lighting . This was awesome . If you all have never come to DC at this time of year it is absolutley spectacular . Each State is represented by a Christmas tree . There is also at the Church of Jesus Christ Later Day Saints on ginormous light show . There is over 200 acres of nothing but Christmas lights . And they have a live manger scene . It was cold that night .. but I had the time of my life . I took my sister and my neice Lindsey ... Here are some of the pictures we took . how fun, I have been asking my hubby to take me down there... but i think because he works in DC he doesnt want to go there on his day off.... he promised me hed get me inside the white house on a tour before christmas to see the decorations... being he works for SS... but he hasnt yet : ( so hopefully before christmas i will be able to see all the lights and trees.... the pictures were great... The pictures are awesome! I have never been there and would love to take my son but I don't even know where to take the train to in order to do that I usually avoid going into Washington because I need to change trains so much.... all the different colored train lines (blue line, yellow line etc ) all confuse me...... BEAUTIFUL PICTURES!!!!!! Aaargh, I wish my man was here, we'd be making a road trip out there this weekend. I love Christmas lights and they really do theirs right. I really loved the scene up against the water way - with the blue blue trees, reds and whites! Gorgeous!
