My thoughts...

Good am all, I feel strongly drawn to posting this am. Although I am not on the boards as much as I used to be I do tend to keep up with them when I can. This week especially I have seen many of us a bit down in our lives with what ever situation we have been facing and I wanted to say I have been praying and thinking of ya'll and it is my personal belief/opinion that the power of prayer and my/our relationship with God are some of the most important things we have in our lives and what ever part of the journey you are on whether it's WLS or a personal health struggle or a personal struggle in general prayers really do work. I once sent this to Nat and I strongly believe it's something that will stick with her always as it has me...I wanted to share it with ya'll. I believe it's something very important. You can't control the length of your life -- but you can control it's width and depth. You can't control the contour of your face -- but you can control it's expression. You can't control the atmosphere of your mind. Why worry about things you can't control when you can keep yourself busy controlling the things that depend on you. and Do not worry about whether or not the sun will rise: be prepared to enjoy it. It cannot be said enough that even in our darkest moments all is not lost. I am blessed with much in my life as are all of us. Each day is what we make of it even when we feel like giving up. I know how easy it is to just say enough I don't wanna do this anymore but I'm still here. There's a reason why and I intend to live life to the fullest and be in the moment. Life truly is delicate so we may as well experience and learn all we can while we're here. I needed to say my thoughts & prayers are with all of you even when I'm not as visible. KK
