hey all just so you know zicam works great!!!!! I came to ohio for thanksgiving with the inlaws, my second day here my nose started running. Thanksgiving day I was feeling super yuckie I took some zicam and this morning I was great if you start to feel sick run to the store and get this stuff keep some with you the great thing is the capsule are for 3 and up so I was able to give some to my 4 year old when I noticed his runny nose. and it went away just had to share

Heather, My daughter told me about this stuff a couple of years ago. I swear it works! I use it everytime time I even THINK I'm getting the sniffles. Gail
