THankx Kimberly, It is hard to go back to the basics now after eating sugar, my biggest advice i can give you is don ttest the waters,,that was my big mistake, i know how much i love sugar,,,and i am an emotional eater also...but today my add medication is taking away my appetite...whre do you live?
