That's WONDERFUL! I am SO happy for you! Hearing those words is such a great feeling. Makes you walk on air.
Make sure that you record your journey. There will be days where you will want to scream. And by recording your journey, you will have a reminder of where you came from and where you are trying to go. Write down what you would like to accomplish by losing weight (ie: crossing your legs, taking a full bubble bath, wrapping a towel completely around you (and not the big beach blanket, either), wearing a sexy red dress (oops...that was one of mine ) but, you get the point).
