What a big surprise. Surgery is scheduled for December 19th unless I have a serious attack and end up in the hospital before then. So I get some nice time off for Christmas. It is out patient and I will be home through the holidays. Courtney

Good luck on that. I am finding my appetite has disappeared since my surgery and I must insure I am getting in enough protein instead of too much of everything. Lois

you will do just fine its a pretty easy thing to recover from I had my gallbladder out 5 yrs ago i went home the next day and was at a soccor game a few days later.. I was able to eat about anything well fatty foods caused a issue without a gallbladder. I will just say I needed to be home when i ate fatty foods. : ( but you will do just fine. Beth

Thanks Beth. So about those fatty foods, is it still an issue or did that happen when you first got home? Courtney

Hey Courtney! You having your gallbladder out laproscopically or regular? I bounced back from the lap choly very quickly. At least know you know what was causing your pain. It was the lead suspect for sure. Take care! Kathy

Hi Kathy. They said it would be lap and I should bounce back quick. I was pretty sure that it was my gall bladder. Courtney

Glad you know what was causing your pain, Courtney! Good luck with the surgery. Sounds like most people bounce back pretty quickly from it. Hopefully you'll do the same. Robin
