Obesity Freedom Support Group Meeting

Just want to let everyone know that the first meeting of Obesity Freedom Gastric Bypass Support Group in Stafford County/Fredericksburg will be held on Wednesday 15th November at 7-9pm in the Contours Express Gym, 282 Deacon Road, Fredericksburg. (Next to Blooms supermarket - replaced Food Lion) It is run by myself and Sue Baker and our topic this week will be protein with a protein tasting session that includes some delicious protein bars. Also a discussion on exercise. We will also be giving everyone some wonderful bariatric friendly Thanksgiving recipes to take away that the whole family can enjoy. Please come along and bring family members or anyone who is interested in the surgery as well as people who perhaps need help to get back on track. I am so excited about our first meeting in Stafford County! It is such a perfect time to have another support group to add to our list. The taste testing will be fun and the Holiday recipes are not only bariatric friendly, but also delicious alternatives that your loved ones will enjoy too!
