Hello all I just need to tell you all I am finally getting really excited but of course alittle nervous today I had to go to the hospital and register for my surgery next wedesday. took me 3 hours : ( I talked to 4 different people saw the nurse and the anethesologist he wanted to ask me questions. The nurse went over after wards I will have a pain pump I have never had one of these I have had my gallbadder out and stayed in the hospital I have had a tummy tuck, lipo and a boob job all in the same day and went home same day with no pain pump.... so what Im asking is why the pain pump is this more painful then the previous surgeries I've had?? I already packed my bag LOL can you tell im excited. ooh and my surgery got moved up from 1pm to 11am so i need to show up at 9 : )) you know I love you all... you have no idea what you all do for me... on the way out of the hospital I told my husband I need to tell the girls on the site... he said I should meet you all at the next meeting so I will if you tell me when and where : ))) thank you all Beth

I am so happy for you! I can't even imagine how excited I will be when I get that close to my "re-birth". I don't even have insurance approval or a date, and I am already buying protein drinks and things to take to the hospital! I am hoping and praying to get approval within the next few weeks. Kim

Hello Beth, I am so excited for you. I want you to know that you will be in my prayers for a successful and uneventful surgery. It's an exciting time and a nerve racking time. I know it's the fear of the unknown...but within a couple of months you will be well on your way to becoming a "BIG LOSER" and there is not a better feeling anywhere. Meeting people on the board is a must. Once you get to know each one you have a better idea of who you are talking to. It really makes it more personal. I have yet to go to an event but you can bet your bottom dollar I will be at the January Conference in Richmond. I wish you nothing but the best. Remember you are taking hold of your life...this is for YOU, not anyone else. Once you start feeling & looking better, life gets sweeter each day. Lots of Love Kathy
