Moving, what a job!

Well i have alot of my stuff moved. A few things yet to get. Trying to get them put away. Supposed to have some help this weekend getting it done. Trying not to lose my mind in the midst of this. Went to a counselor today in hopes that this will help and avoid a trip to them psych ward as my dr wishes. Please pray for me in this difficult time. My marriage was going no where and wont change if i stay there and may not ever. Really a confused person right now. Trying to get back on track w/ my eating as I forget to eat until i am starved and grab the right stuff. I am out of work on sick leave and hope i can afford to keep eating right. I know I can do it and get off the last few pounds. Go for small bowel xrays and upper gi appt tommorrow as well as year appt w/ surgeon. Wanted to be at 199 bu t w/ all the stress dont think i'll make it. Maybe soo. Shannon

Shannon - I am so sorry that you are having a rough time of things. Even though the changes are for the better sometimes it takes us a lot of effort to get there! Hang on in there - you WILL find happiness again! Try hard to eat the right things as the consequencies are not good - buy cheap salmon and tuna and cottage cheese etc as these are not to expensive and are really good for you. You will get those last few pounds off - but there is no real rush so try not to stress over it... Good luck with all of your tests - we are all here for you! Jackie
