nova e-friend???

I am getting really worried I wont be able to get back on track!! I had surgery march 05 and lost 150 lbs then after leaving my job in may have regained 25. I tried to find a friend in the area to walk with and just to be a freind, as i have relocated to new area and dont know a sole but the boyfriend that is gone all day..but i got one response and it appeared that I was too old for a 30 something to be a freind,,i guess its true when u get old nobody wants you....but i cant seem to get back and leave the sugar alone..it is soo hard alone,,now the depression is rearing its ugly head again..ugg,,i could really use a freind online if i cant have one in real time,,my email is [email protected]... thankx..bev

Hi Bev, On your reply to me you asked who my Doctor was well its Halmi and Tran partners with Anez... Im in fredericksburg and of course I could use a friend/support person also being I have not yet had my surgery until this month the 15th so you could help me alot. so can Jacqueline well all of you can .. lol but if you need a online friend or someone to go walking with i am up for it.. i dont know how far you live from me so where do you live... THankx Beth, I am in Reston kind of far from fredricksburg, I am from manassas and still go back to my mothers quite a bit. If i remember right i was able to walk up until 6 months then i started at the gym,,mostly on the stationary bike, and now i dont get any exercise i have regained 25 it is so easy to fall back into old eating habits, i have 2 friends that had this surgery and regained every bit..i am really scared i am going to also. my email is [email protected] beverly
