Nasty....just plain nasty....

Hey Anna....and thanks... Yucky doesn't seem like a sufficient word for this stuff...but it is the best one I know...and I will do what I need to do. It just kind of irritates me a little bit...that I get healthy...and then this happens...LOL. But, what can a girl do, ya know? I didn't make the plan...God did...and I am along for the ride. As far as Ralph...since some people don't seem to understand what I am talking about (apparently a regional word usage...LOL)...Ok...delicately put...think about the last time you had a date with the porcelain bowl (ie toilet) LOL...and sometimes...it does sound like you are saying Ralph...LOLOL. So...that is my explaination...and new vocabulary for everyone for the day. I bet you wished I had not shared..LOL...and you will never look at puking the same again! [sigh] ...you just have the most BEEEEEEE'yootiful posting picture. lol, can I borrow it for MINE? hmmm? Hey - um, is it a requirement that you ralph down the nasty LIQUID 'tassium? Ive never tried the liquids and normally avoid ALL liquid vitamins cause they "never taste as wonderful as fruit punch or citrus, blah blah blah" as they try to hype. I supplmnt with Potassium, daily, two tablets -- because my doc has me on Blood Pressure meds. Two types, one which is a basically a "water pill" ..so to offset the depletion of potassium via the urine. I take it in pill version, and they're truly TASTELESS (I know this because I NEVER ever take a pill whole, I always break them down with my teeth) ....so yes, when I say it's tasteless, it's true. Can you switch to the pill form? Hang in there Ralph, er, I mean Stephanie! Pssssssssssst...... when does your hubby get home, isnt it THIS month?!?!?!?

Hey Woman! The ONLY reason I have a cool picture is because of YOU and your beautiful self helping me "unstretch" it so I look like a NORMAL person (that's a relative term by the way) instead of MRS. STRETCH ARMSTRONG...LOLOL. Thanks again. I OWE YA ONE! I am gonna have to talk to the doc about the pill thing. He did not want to give me the pill when he found out that I am having some trouble swallowing some. He said they are really big. (I am on some wierd dosage. Even the base had issues filling it...cause it required recalculating..LOL) He knows I am trying to get MOST of my stuff at the base...but if I can't have the pills...or if they are not small enough...LOL...then I am going to ask for ANOTHER prescription to to take to Walgreens so they can doctor it. I know...for a fee of course...LOL...they will add some juice to your prescription to make it taste palatable. I go back to the doc in two weeks...so I guess in the meantime....I will be holding my nose. Of course....my kids think it is hilarious...and payback for me...LOL. The whole thing is wierd....cause I am a "Naner" eating queen to begin with...and we know they are loaded with potassium. I think...IMHO...that he just doesn't know at this point why my body is freaking. (they have never been able to find the origin of my other heart thing...despite stress tests...EKGs....I think I am just a mutant....lol cause my dr is aweesome and says this happens sometimes) And...like he said...I guess it can't hurt too much...but also the nurse in me is thinking a million things...cause ya know....potassim and calcium are vital to heart function...and ya also don't want too much. Ya need a balance. I dunno...but I will try it for a few weeks and see how it goes...if I can get the crap down. But....when I go back to the dr...I am thinking about asking for that tasteless stuff you were talking about. Do you get yours at the base? You know...the um collection of pharmaceutical agents is not that great....LOLOL. I think I am willing to pay at this poing to get it somewhere else, though. It is THAT bad!!!! As far as the hubby....I can announce...LOLOL...since the Navy has already done so...that he comes home Sat. Nov 18th...a little more than a week!!!!! Don't know what time...or where yet....LOLOLOL...but I know what day I am supposed to show up. You know how that goes.) He is at his last port right now...and they are picking up the tigers. Kind of wierd....because they are doing that across the ocean. A lot of families are pissed because it excludes a lot of people...including my daughter and son...cause we can't just up and fly across the Atlantic. It costs way too much...so it has kind of become an exclusive thing only for those who have money to throw away. So...I am busy with the health thing...have otherwise been feeling ok....just stressed...cause we still have no frickin orders...and have been trying to get them since January. Because he is a nuke...there are only a limited number of shore billets, and we are trying not to go so far since all of my family is on this side of the coast. So...we are planning to go to Charleston. I put a contract on a house there ( with a contingency clause of course) but we will temporarily have to move into mil housing (UUUUUGGGGGGHHHH) since they won't be finished building our house for several months. We have heard from the detailer the orders have actually been put in the puter now...have only been waiting since JANUARY....LOL...and he should get it in paper any day now....which is a good thing...cause they want us to move in frickin JANUARY!!!!!! I am a mad woman...LOL...trying to pack....dealing with the health things...getting ready for homecoming....the upcoming holidays and homeschooling...LOL. THank good ness for giftcards is all I have to say. Thanks for asking. I know this is more info than you wanted to know...LOLOL.
