Question Help

Wondering what the likley hood of having some of the fat removed from my belly to help relieve some of my back pain would be not a tummy tuck not ready for that but i do have a mass of fat that i think could be cut off an they could tuck later what do you think? Is this crazy or what? I see Dr Schirmer for yearly check up Thurs. should I ask or not?

No where near goal I have about 90 more pounds to go im at 249 but im having a big over hang just was wondering wishful thinking right?
