Joanne so sorry to here your in pain I know the aggravation my back an leg are giving me a fit and I aint got a darn thing for pain but Topamax ha ha and somebody's gonna get a good yelling soon. I totally understand call them and ask for a change your body is probaley amuned (sp)? to the vicadin good luck prayers going up for you sweetie. Hugssss.....

Aaaaw, sweety - I hate that you're hurting and wish I could do more then just let you know I care and am thinkin' about you. I know you were hoping this second surgery would be the ANSWER to making the pain disappear and I really do fell for you. I know that any type of spinal pain can be all consuming - do the doctors have any other potential plans for you? Surely they're not to the point that they just think you should learn to "deal with it"...right?!?!?!?! Love you - hang in there, Lei

I wish I know what their plans were, Lei. I talked to the PA late this afternoon, and he told me that if the meds weren't working, I should go to the ER at UVA! I told him that I couldn't LIVE there! I was sooooooo mad. I think that Tom is going to jump on them over there tomorrow! J

JoAnn, I am sorry you are so much pain....your body probably has probablu becomeimmuneto the vics and I would ask the doc to give you lorcets or percocets for the pain they are much stronger and they would help you alot better pain wise... my doctor told me your body does your body get immune to those and she has me on the worse of the worse of the pain meds for my back .... I wont say what it is but I wish she never did put me on those.... maybe a pain patch would help you that you can wear all day .... renea
