Am I eating too little?
First: I agree with Kathy... follow your surgeon's advice first and foremost.
Second: At your point in this journey (I'm 11 months out now) I focused on nutrition and not so much the quantity. Even now there are days when I don't each much and other days that I think I eat TOO much. Shoot for Protein first, then veggies, and then fruit. Of course water/liquid is important too, and always take your vitamins.
Just hang in there; you are just at the starting point of really adding food. It will get easier with time.
