Party Menu Ideas

Well, I've been very busy over the past few months. After over 10 years of Fine Arts, Marketing, Corporate event planning and Public Relations I've started my own business - a Wedding and Special Event Planning Boutique . Besides decorations, favors, home decor, etc I'd like to give advice for parties and entertaining and although I've adjusted a lot of my old tips and trips for a surgery friendly recipes I've found it's hard to find entertaining and menu ideas that would be suitable for bariatric or diabetic patients. Does anyone have any recipes ideas they'd like to share?
