Vitamin B-12!!!!!!!!!!

I was getting out my normal vitamins this morning. Imagine my complete shock when I discovered that I have TOTALLY forgotten to take my B-12 sublingual for WEEKS!!!!! I don't know how the hell I forgot that..........man I am the VITAMIN QUEEN, and was so proud of my "NEVER MISS" track record. Take this as a reminder, check and recheck in your vitamin cabinet to be sure you're getting all you need every day!!! OXOXOXOXOOXOX Sharon

Actually I don't even have the "ran out" excuse. It's a little bottle that got shoved back in the cabinet and since I only take it every other day, I suppose it just slipped my mind. Not like me at all, but my life's been really stressful lately, so I guess shyt happens. I am doing really well!! Feeling great, keeping positive!!! Don't feel bad - I have to double check too. Maybe it's because I just hate taking pills . In an attempt to cut down on the 1/2 dozen pills I take I've choosen to go to my primary doc once a month and take B12 shot. I love them , once a month, 10 seconds and I'm done for the month. I love it and that's saying something because it there's one thing I HATE more than taking pills - is SHOTS! It's great because I'm only about 9 months out and it's a good excuse for me to see my primary doc once a month, check my weight, and see if I'm having any problems or questions. Take care!!
