What kind of protein do you take?
Like a few others, I do the IDS Liquid Whey Protein. I like to add it to my berry smoothies or drink it straight up! In between I have these protein balls. I make them with a chocolate protein powder, no sugar added Peanut Butter, and Sugar Free maple syrup. Lots of different ways to do it, but they taste good and you can get 10 grams per ball or more.
