He is by Chesapeake General) Fred Siegal did my tummy tuck..and I went through a pregnancy and 110 lb weight gain afterwards and it still looks as good as when I first got it. It might say on the websites of individual plastic surgeons also. If it is approved credit for plastic surgery betchya most all, if not all, will take it.
