Update on Donna Mae

I just spoke to Donna Howard and she is resting well at INOVA Fairfax Hospital after having knee replacement surgery yesterday. She is having trouble keeping pain medication down so they are going to switch her to a liquid form. She hasn't been out of bed yet; hoping to get to physical therapy this afternoon. She is tenataively scheduled to be released Thursday. Please keep her in your prayers and maybe shoot her an email to read when she gets home. Her e-mail address is: [email protected] . I talked with Donna yesterday and she was doing well. She had been out of bed and was in a bit of pain but she was really being brave about it. She is hoping they release her on Thursday. And I know she appreciates all of your good thoughts! Jackie

I just spoke to her alittle while ago. She is doing great. She sounded much better then she did yesterday. She won't be able to drive for 6 weeks since the knee she had replaced is her driving leg. Roberta
