Hey Melinda, I have wanted to try Sushi but haven't gotten up the nerve. I am not sure what kind to get. It all looks a little funny in the store. Have you ever tried it from the market?? If someone would tell me what one is sort of mild I would venture out of my comfort zone. I got some fish the other day and asked the guy behind the counter if it tasted 'fishy' and he just looked at me and said 'excuse me but how do you think fish tastes!' I just didn't want a strong taste. You're brave!! love donna

Donna, I hate the strong taste of fish too and stick to fish like Tilapia and Mahi Mahi as they are very mild..... I can't stomach su****hough - the first time I tasted it was in Japan and it was tough but you can't be impolite - so I ate what I recognized then said I was full - the second time in Japan was like pub sushi and I thought I was going to die after I ate some - from then on I decided I did not like raw fish.... also we did not eat it in the UK at that time - so Japanese food was very alien to me.. You are brave trying sushi! But I know many Americans love sushi!! Jackie

Hi Jackie, I probably won't' try it because I am not brave enough to try different things!! I always remember this joke -raw fish in LA is called sushi, whereas raw fish in LA is called bait!! Ha ha- how is that possible inquiring minds want to know -- well, the first LA is Los Angeles, the second LA is Lousiana!! I always think that's a hoot. I'm so easily entertained!! I laugh everytime I tell it. love donna

Hey Donna! Lei and Wendy are the sushi experts! You should probably ask them what's good...although they will probably say "everything!" I'm with you, Melinda was definitely brave...I'm scared of that stuff! Christine 253/198/134

Prior to surgery, I would only eat smoked eel and california rolls. I don't think I will ever eat them again because of the rice. I have no desire to ever touch it again. Wasn't a big fan before. If it works for you, go for it, Amber

I have had it here and there, but I can't do to much at once. I usually do stuff with Salmon. Stacey
