Weekly Post/Stubborn Lb
Good am all, I hope everyone is having a wonderful Labor Day!

How did you move your body last week?
I got in plenty of walking although I did not measure it. There was some outside time but with the rains a lot of it was spent inside playing with da buggas. Starting THIS am/pm I will be walking (and yes in the rain) 2 miles 3 days this week and 3 days next week. The following week I will increase to 5 days @ 2-4 miles per day. My bugga has a rain thingy on her stroller so there are NO excuses! I am going to try and involve my family as well.
Did you get in all of your vitamins?
UGH! I am sooooo at myself! But, last pm I was @ CVS and bought this ridiculously HUGE pill box for $3.99 and filled it up last pm then took my Sun vits and put it in the middle of the kitchen table so I cannot miss it. I HAVE to go to the kitchen several times a day so I will not forget. so THERE!
Did you get in all your fluids?
Rolling with water, Crystal Light, coffee and Green Tea!
Did you get in your foods (and the good ones) high in protein etc?
Yeah about food. I have become some kinda chili freak. Track it's YOUR fault! Ever since I ate your vegetarian chili I have been working on my own and ooooh yummmy! Also, I've gotten in seafood and more variety of things such as yogurt, fruits and some veggies.
