Mama Bets we are the same! Oh I know you think the sodas will be hard but moderation is good! It doesn't mean sodas at all just cutting back and being reasonable with how much we drink. We are again the same with the amount we want OFF us except I am going to make my goal 29th January 2007 as that will be my 4 year anniversary post WLS! I believe it's very optimistic and obtainable. Yeah um you ARE sexy ! You are welcome and because of the warm responses thus far I am even more eager to get things rolling! Hugs, Kat
