Malox??

I was wondering if Malox ok to take. I have been feeling quite bloated and I am having pains that I think are gas, but gas-x is not taking the pain go away. I was wanting to know what else I could take that might help me. Thanks so much! Cathy

Gas X, Imodium AD, Milk of Magnesia are on the list of safe things we can take, Malox is not on there but it also isnt on the ones we Should NOT take either you may email Dr Schirmer about it. I thought we were not supposed to take Malox so I have never taken it. I don't get painful gas very often so I am sorry I have no alternative for you Jackie
