Bev~ YES!!! And you may want to read Leilani's post about the skinny jeans fitting. It is long, but worth it. I had surgery in April 2005 and have lost 205 lbs. I can also tolerate sugar, but have made a concious choice to not have much. Surgery is only a tool for us and it is up to us as to how we use it or do not use it. I am still losing. Good luck getting it back off and try and remember a lot of us regain about 20 lbs post op. ~Tammy

Hi Bev-- I am not as far out as you and Tammy, but I agree with her advice. I can also tolerate sugar, but make the decision to continue to treat it as a banned addictive substance. I actually thought about the Midnite Milky Way Minis they had at the SPCA today, but all I had to do is SAY NO. I have lost 107 pounds but have 30 more to go. I know sugar will prevent me from reaching my goal. DO go back on your post-op high protein diet! Good luck and please turn to this board whenever you need support. Lois
