You are planning ahead - 14 months in advance! I usually leave it to about 2 days before to make plans lol! Jackie

Hello! My hubby and I went on a cruise for our honeymoon! My most important suggestion if you have a balcony room is to take a bungee cord (or two) so that you can bungee the door open at night and sleep to the sound of the ocean! May be too cold in November, but we LOVED doing this! Also...take comfy shoes. Those ships are big and there will be lots of walking! One of the websights I used alot in prep. for our cruise was http://www.cruisecritic.com Lots of lists for packing, reviews of ships, etc. You're gonna have a great time! Christina S

I went on my first in January and already planning another March 4th - 11th next year. Probably the most important is to get all your meds and OTC stuff before the cruise, its really expensive there. Especially motion sickness pills and if you THINK that you might have that, start the pills BEFORE you go on the cruise. We also took a suitcase of nothing but drinks & junk food (which don't apply now) because you never know when you are going to want something in particular. Especially the drinks because now we are very limited. They offer free water, lemonade, and coffee for the most part. Everything has to be paid for and its carbonated (minus alcohol). Comfortable shoes and sneakers (for any time you get off the boat, tendering in bumpy water is NUTS!) Depending on your cruise, you'll have a formal night, so you'll need a nice dress. That's always fun. That's all I can think of "special" right now. It's the best thing I've ever done, very magical, treated like a princess. Amber
